No, not true, Superman is by far more powerful than other Kryptonians. He has even taken on up to 5 Kryptonians at the same time.

Just before that scan you posted earlier, A compromised Supes(which limits him as I mentioned earlier) speedblitzes WW and takes her to the Sun before she can react , and she was powerless to stop it. And punched her from the sun to earth.
