To add to this.
ONE of the reasons Supes holds back is because he doesn't want to hurt civilians.
Second is that he doesn't want to seriously harm/kill who he's fighting. That you are an evil villain going around killing, doesn't even mean that Superman will stop holding back.

He holds back in two levels as revealed in his training with Mongul.
1. Consciously
2. Subconsciously.
His mind works with his powers. One time he wanted his powers gone, and they were gone( I mean he became human). That's why if he's mentally compromised,he doesn't quite do well.

Superman always holds back all the time , If he wants to cut loose he will mention it , just like he did with Doomsday, that trashed everyone. Immediately he cut loose he killed Doomsday in a few punches (two I think). During the Race with flash tht he unleashed he mentioned it.

Nice try I know of all the races both in the precrisis era, flashpoint, rebirth. I'm not counting precrisis because he was changed in the crisis.
Superman won their most recent race hahahaha Superman #709 in 2011 . So currently Superman is holding the winning record.

The ratings Joker got has to do with how people projected their political beliefs unto the movie; and they judged the movie from that lens. There was all this talk of inciting violence among incels; they wanted it to do something, but it didn't. How it had a white male lead as the male character; like how dare a white male be broken down and oppressed like that. The movie was polarising, but at the same time it wasn't judge-y of the two sides it depicted, you were allowed to make your own judgement.

As for Shang Chi, it checked all the right boxes don't it; diversity, that Marvel Humor, a plot you're not supposed to think too deeply about, and CGI.

As you can see Barry didn't know it was for Charity ergo he lied. Lex told them to keep it a secret ,he didn't even want Supes to know! Characters say a lot of things that are not supported by on panel evidence.

Superman has the most impressive speed feats till date for anyone unamped.

Well the DCEU is not based on the cartoons.
Both the DCEU and the Cartoons are based on the comics but they are not mandated to perfectly align to the comics though. As for instance Comic Superman is more powerful than its DCEU counterpart.

It's clear Superman is more powerful than the Justice league when he stops holding back. It's been stated multiple times in the comics and he has multiple showings to prove it.
When I saw it in the movies, it wasn't strange.

Superman is also far faster than Diana and can keep up with flash and has even beaten flash in a race before.

I agree WW has done well against a holding back or mentally imbalanced Supes, but then again so have other inferior guys.
