These features include real-time site ownership checks, allowing for instant verification when adding a new site to AdSense, and a new site verification method that enables site owners to use a meta tag instead of the AdSense code snippet if they don't want to display ads on their homepage. These improvements aim to streamline the verification process for advertisers, reducing potential delays. Additionally, Google AdSense has introduced other enhancements, including providing a "last crawled data and time" in the "Ads.txt" section and a "Check for updates" button to recheck ads.txt files. Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, on Saturday visited the National Youth Service Corps orientation camp in Maiduguri, the state capital. During his visit, as the camp reopened after 13 years, he announced the donation of N36.4 million as palliatives to the 1,215 youth corps members deployed to the state for their national service. Almajiris On Their Way To Abia Intercepted At State Homeland Security team. Abia State Homeland Security team led by the Commisioner for Homeland Security, Prince Dan Okoli, today intercepted another group of Almajiris hidden in cattle trucks at Enugu - Abia border along the Enugu -Port Harcourt Highway. Overnight, several trucks conveying food items with several almajiris hiding in them were turned back at the same border. Meanwhile, the state Government has directed that more homeland security agents be deployed to one of the borders with Akwa Ibom State following the interception of a Dangote truck conveying almajiris alongside goods destined for Akwa Ibom State. The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, has approved the immediate repairs of the section of Abiola Hostel, Abia State University (ABSU). The Hostel was recently gutted by fire and he as well promised financial assistance to the Students who officially allocated to the rooms affected by the inferno. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor E. Uche Ikonne, who disclosed this, described the Governor's kind gesture as an uncommon display of magnanimity, love for humanity and development of Education, particularly at this time of the Corona Virus pandemic. Prof. Ikonne promised to ensure that the approved financial assistance is judiciously used for the repairs and in aid of the affected Students. He expressed deep appreciation of the University Community for the Paternal show of love, and pledged its continued loyalty to the inspirational and Education-friendly Administration of Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu.
