I have been checking the ceac website daily for status updates. It keeps showing “refused” with the date of last status update being my interview date.

Then I also started checking oisservices website for possible passport pickup availability using my passport number.

Hi. Any update on your Administrative Processing? I was placed on administrative processing on Tuesday at Lagos consulate too and I have not heard anything at the moment. My program start date is June 2. Thank you for your assistance

My visa has been approved. It was approved on April 29, 2025 - the same date I was to resume studies in the USA.

Can I still travel to the USA with the old I-20 form?

Hello. Can you please share what you went through and how long did it take to come over this administrative processing? I was placed on administrative processing on Tuesday at Lagos consulate too and it's three days already without any notice. My program start date is June 2, 2025. Thank you for your assistance.

Yes 6:30, same thing o, nothing yet. They haven't reached out and my program start date is May 12

Ahh May 12 is close ooo. Mine is June 2 and all the waiting time for administrative processing I have been seeing online are not looking good.

I was only asked about my program and the project and I explained well. For my own case, I think she's not familiar with my program. I'm stucked right now

If you don't mind, we can connect on WhatsApp. I reached out to the consulate support yesterday and they just said I should keep waiting except if it's emergency but I think we can take our case emergency too since the program date is very close.

Me too I was interviewed by the white man in window 1 on Tuesday 29th, I was the first to be interviewed that morning 😭 he kept my i20 and passport

Ahhh I was not far from you on the queue then (6:30am appointment). I was supposed to be interviewed by the white man too but because of one woman, I was transferred to window 2.

Any update or follow-up you have done on it so far? Were you asked to submit anything? For my own case, I was given a white a paper and she put asterisk on administrative processing that I will be contacted for further information.
