The quote below was from a thread the OP created in 2014 .Where he said he wanted to teach people how to trade in Gold.It was later discovered it was a scam.

I said this case is a closed one because it's glaring the OP is a professional liar. Am not surprised though, because as a Street boy and hustler, lies is part of the game.

He is very smart , cunning and believes he can always find his way out of any tight situations.

When he said he wanted to use GPS as evidence but his lawyer discouraged him from using it because it showed he was very close to the scene of the incidence. It shows he was the culprit.

And I just keep wondering the kind of man that kept calling a 13 years old girl a LADY.It seems he is seeing something different from what we are seeing in a Minor.

He did it and tried to come up with different alibi incase he was caught. Making fake calls.Changing of clothes doesn't mean anything but the face and fingerprints.

He came up with buying 6 cars to make him look like a business man and spending 150,000 dollars on lawyers get empathy from people.

He refused to tell us what happened on the said day because he was afraid people will puncture his story.

We are all human beings, so it's natural for us to feel for him from the beginning of the story as a black person in a foreign land. But when someone feels he is a Don and has an organization to back him up and talked back at Jury and judge. He will definitely get the maximum sentence he deserves.

Guys Nigerians are too gullible.We always want to believe and hope that people are who they say they are and will keep their words and because we want to make money we are vulnerable.
Secondly for someone who started this whole thread with the aim of just telling his story to start promoting a seminar whether free or not rings alarm bells for me.

Thirdly read his story well.There are no details.Specific things that people can independently verify.

Someone called him out.Name people you know in Hongkong or China.No way.

If that video was produced the jury and public would have seen that I was not the man in the footage nd that will be an exculpatory evidence for me because that was the man that committed this crime....

Why is police shielding his identity?

@OP,I just thought of this now. Are you sure your line is not tapped yet?They can get someone to register on Nairaland and follow up with you on this your appeal. If they can give report on all the calls you made during trial what's stopping them to monitor all your mails .Just be cautious and watchful

There were two videos involved in this case :

1, The video that showed me captured by the surveillance camera

2, The video that showed the unmistaken identity of the man this lady reported

The evidences I am presenting showed the lady reported the man wears khaki short (911record)

Also the police officer that viewed the surveillance video footage and his report that he saw the man in khaki short

This lady also testified at the trial that the man wears khaki short
And again the police officer also testified that he saw the man that was wearing khaki short

That was the man this lady reported, this is the only video evidence that shows the unmistaken identity of the man this lady reported.

Why is the police hiding this video from the public?

Under due process clause of 14the amendment rights, I am entitled to the video in order to perfect my defense

The jury have the right to see all the evidences that showed any kind of identification in this case,in order to be able to determine who actually committed the crime.

As you can see from the photo I attached I wasn't wearing khaki short and it is totally impossible for me to be at 2 desperate locations at the same time wearing 2 different kind of cloth.

Don't forget the prosecutor protested and objected to in-court identification WHY? Isn't that a normal criminal trial procedure in America?

Everybody want justice for this lady but when you convict innocent person,is that the type of justice this lady want?

How can you get justice through injustice?

All these documents I am sharing were part of evidences that was never shared with the public......so your family or whoever you called doesn't really have knowledge of the evidences I am sharing now.........show them this evidences and hear their opinion again.

@OP, If you remember my first post to this case.I said you should tell us the story yourself. It saves you from integrity check. You are now giving us the story in bit.You never mention purchasing any car in your initial post.Some of us might put you on the spot by our questions and cross examination, we are only working with the facts available to us.If you have given us your itinerary from Japan to US,till the time of arrest, it would have helped us.

Since you are very sure of your innocence, let a legal person put all your evidences together.
Please remember no black man will be happy to see a fellow black man sentenced for what he didn't do.Nobody hate you here.I don't pray this to happen to my enemy when he is innocent.

I have taken time again to make more findings from my family in Georgia and I must admit the OP was guilty as charged. He also acknowledged as the person after the footage was showed to him.CASE CLOSED.

He raped a 13 year old CHILD. The age of admission in Georgia is 18. In the US, the minute a parent learns that there has been contact between an adult and a child, the adult can be arrested. This CHILD was not his girlfriend and he was NOT framed.

How would his friend have gotten OP’s sperm to place inside of the girl’s body cavities in order to frame him?

If this CHILD was his girlfriend then why did CCTV capture him chasing her and dragging her behind a building?

NO human rights activists will step in because he violated a CHILD. This is not Nigeria, there are no strings that can be pulled to overturn a conviction. His right to appeal has been exhausted.

The evidences against you were overwhelming and you pleaded for mercy and opportunity to be deported to Nigeria which was denied.

One thing I picked from the court case that led to your hard sentences was that you weren't Remorseful about the act.Seems you don't know the implications and gravity of your offense even if it's a case of Mistaken Identity as you claimed.

Now, you seek help but you haven't even state your own side of the story. What really happened on the said date?

There is a slim chance that you are innocent. But there are also credible information that you indulged in illegal activities. I checked through some of the places you were living before moving to Georgia. You were listed as a drug dealer and Fraudster in Houston. I learnt you were formerly in Japan before crossing over to USA.You also indulged in crime there too.

The jury had conducted a thorough search on your person from various sources and the result led to the hard sentences.

I have a feeling you know the said Minor and probably she was your Girlfriend and you introduced her to drug. Her parents found out that you were a bad influence on their daughter. A close friend of yours raped her and they made you the fall guy.
You are the only one that knows what really happened on the said date of the incidence.

Am not judging you on your illegal personality but it would have helped you if you have had a clean record. People would have stormed the court on the day of judgment to testify to your good conduct.

Tell us what happened or rather asked the Adedoja himself to say it the way it was.Maybe,just maybe some of us might be able to pull some strings to appeal your judgment. There are so many human rights activists that would step in.
