franudi: This is the worst combination. God is punishing APC for the bad leadership they have been displaying in Nigeria by taking away their sense of Reasoning. Imaging Muslim \ Muslim ticket.
A NORTHERN ELDER RECENTLY SAID, THE NORTH WILL RETAIN POWER EITHER AS PRESIDENT(PDP) OR VICE PRESIDENT(APC).
Chikeluba25: If Jealousy don't kill some people they will not rest in peace.
I love the way Soludo/Anambra is giving it to them back to back. Anambra is more like a country in a country. Everyone wants to associate with the successful. The Chinese, the European,etc... Even the newly built Anambra airport is today one of the busiest in Nigeria. It is not about build empty projects that is of no economic value to the state and Nation that may endup as warehouse for lizards... Let them keep shoot while Anambra keep soaring.
Are you surprise that the same ppl that use to call Anambra out for not having enough wild roads as expected from the second most populated state in Nigeria/ comparing Anambra with Abuja and Dubai are the same ppl wailing that Soludo is demolishing ppls house for road expansion and city planning. Yet they praised El-rufai for doing the same in Abuja and Kaduna.
The earlier they understand that Anambra is not their mate, the better for them.
That is by the way... Enjoy yourself with the picture of Obi Cubanas'visit to Awka Millennium city (The first and biggest smart city project east of the Niger) Obi Cubana was excited at the quality of work going on at the smart city.
God bless Anambra State.
Anambra deserve nothing but the best and t hat is what we will continue to represent with our words and action.
Anambra State Governor; Charles Chukwuma Soludo with his entire SOLUTION TEAM, today, welcome International Community and Development Partners at Govt House Agu Awka.
Governor Soludo in his welcome address to the visitors, gave in details; the opportunities, possibilities, economic values, abilities of Ndi Anambra, tourist attractions etc and many key areas of the state that need improvement.
He added that the state has done much in making development accessible to rural communities, and ease of doing business in Anambra is exceptional even though more efforts is continually needed.
According to the governor, his administration is fully bent on reducing the cost of governance effectively and money saved has been channelled to road rehabilitation and maintenance in some key areas of the state.
Since assuming office, the governor has continued to harp on the need for environmental protection as well as understanding that the era of oil revenue has sharply reduced hence the need to look towards other areas to generate money to develop the state further.
He stated that even though insecurity has become a national problem, his administration is determined to arrest the situation in Anambra and has continued to make progress.
Conclusively, he expounded on the need to address flooding that has affected Anambra West, Anambra East and Ogbaru Communities. GOD PUNISH YOU AND SOLUDO.
HE HAS INVITED VAMPIRES AND BLOOD SUCKERS TO ANAMBRA STATE.
THEIR MISSION IS HOW TO EXPLIOT ANAMBRA GAS NEXT, AFTER USING OKOROCHA TO GAIN ACCESS TO IMO STATE GAS.
WHEN WILL YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ANYTHING INVOLVING BRITAIN WILL ALWAYS ONLY BENEFIT BRITAIN.
BRITAIN IS LEADING EU OUT OF RUSSIA TO COME AND TAKE THE GAS THEY KEPT IN IGBOLAND.
MAY GOD PUNISH ALL THOSE IN IGBO LAND THAT ARE PART OF GIVING AWAY OUR GOD GIVEN RESOURCES TO PEOPLE THAT WILL DEPORT YOU TO RWANDA AFTER ENTERING BRITAIN.
IT WILL NEVER BE WELL WITH THOSE THAT KEEP HOSTING EUROPEAN CRIMINALS IN IGBO LAND OVER THE DEAD BODIES OF OVER 3 MILLION THAT DIED, SO BRITAIN CAN DRINK CRUDE OIL.
I AM IN DEEP PAIN TO SEE ALL THIS GOING ON AND EVER MORE COMMITTED TO BIAFRA EXIT.
IF WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE GAS IN IGBO LAND, LEAVE IT INSIDE THE GROUND, AND LET IT REMAIN THEIR FOR FUTURE GENERATION THAT MIGHT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT.
RUSSIA GAS IS FOR EUROPE AND BIAFRA GAS IS FOR AFRICA.
sunrisemed01: Imagine if this happened in the southeast, imagine the number of innocent civilians that must have been killed by the Nigerian army or the number of houses the army must have burnt down.
Most of the problems of this nation are rooted in the government agencies.
ARMY DONT BURN HOUSE OR KILL WITHOUT ORDERS.
THEIR INSTITUTION IS ONE OF COMMAND AND CONTROL.
THE CALIPHATE OGA AT THE TOP ORDERED THEM TO KILL AND BURN YOUR HOUSES.
MetaPhysical: You are still using scale to compare.
The reason it is agreed that Yoruba is an ancient urban dweller, even ahead many European cultures, is because our cities comprise the full characteristics of an urban center.
I have written and gave my theory online that the word "urban" is etymologically derived from Yoruba word "Oba". If you want to see my contribution on cognates between Yoruba and Latin/Roman root words go to Nairaland Culture Section.
The characters of an urban settlement comprise geo-labels such as Upper; Lower; Cross or Tri; Center; Outer; Market; River; etc...
These characteristics are fully captured in every Yoruba town, such as Oke; Isale; Orita Merin (for cross) but Orita Meta (for tri); Arin; Ita; Oja; Odo; and so on. These characters are found to repeat in every Yoruba town. You will also find it exactly mirrored in foreign places Yoruba have settled. It is part of the culture.
Metropolitan buildup is foreign to us. The characters of metro or mega city are, Main Street or Broadway; City Hall; Mall; Boulevard; Waterfront or Marina; Bridges; Highways; Drainage & Waste treatment; Statues, and so on.
In contemporary times Ibadan is far much bigger urban city than Lagos is. Towns linked into towns are inside what we call Ibadan. Lagos does not have that.
Meanwhile, Lagos comprise all the characteristics of a mega or metro city, far more than Ibadan.
MY BROTHER, WE CAN DO ALOT BETTER THAN WHAT WE ARE DOING TODAY, IF WE PURSUE A MERIT BASED SOCIETY WITH A FOCUS ON FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS.
IF WE CANNOT THEN LET IGBO GO EAST AND YORUBA GO WEST.
WE DONT NEED THE NORTH, IT IS THE NORTH THAT NEED US.
NA OUR MONEY THEM TAKE BUILD ABUJA, WHICH IS THE ONLY THING OF VALUE NORTH.
sukar886: So becos of that, they should vote for ur dad abi? Tell ur dad to go and rest, he is very old, why are u people so desperate about this presidency, something is telling me that u people want to sell this country, I swear
NO RIGHT THINKING PERSON WILL ALLOW THE BULLION VAN THIEF INTO ASO ROCK.
THERE IS NO NEED FOR THE INSULTS OR BLACKMAIL, IGBOS WIL NOT VOTE TINUBU, WE ARE OBIDIENT.
THE LAST I CHECKED, EVEN TINUBU IS NOT FROM LAGOS, RATHER AN ECONOMIC MIGRANT FROM IRAGBIJ OSUN STATE.
LAGOS STATE IS OUR COMMON WEALTH AS NIGERIANS, WE ALL CONTRIBUTE INTO THE STATE AND OUR OIL COMPANIES ARE HEAD QUARTERS THERE, PAYING TAX THEIR FROM RESOURCES ON OUR LAND IN THE EAST.
LAGOS IS NOT YORUBA BUT YORUBA, LIKE EVERY OTHER TRIBE IN SOUTHERN NIGERIA LIVE IN LAGOS.
cococandy: She left them behind because she has kids and they didn’t? Is reproduction an achievement? Especially in this literal and economic climate?
Maybe you can tell them what other ways she left them behind which might make sense but having kids isn’t one of them. Almost anyone can reproduce.
Always trying to hide behind “thinking for myself” “the white man yen yen yen” to say things that don’t even make any sense.
And the only time you want to talk about the white man leading Africans astray is when it’s time for 70 year old men to sleep with 18 year old children.
