I advise people to be careful before taking on step-children, especially men marrying women with many kids. I have mentioned this on several threads here before.


In my observation, most step=kids never appreciate what you did for them. With time they might even cause your marriage to their mum to fail. Especially if they make money fairly young and feel they can now care for their mother.

If you cannot take bullshit, your reaction to their behaviour is what will make headlines.

Not saying this dead boy was at fault. But certainly bad blood would have existed between them for whatever reason.

So, why is Akwa-Ibom and other minorities not Igbo since they suffered the same fate. And btw, how exactly was Asaba involved in the war, if you care to explain? Ndoni is in Rivers state. Peter Odili the former Rivers governor is an Ndoni man. The Ndonis are more related to Aboh than they r to Asaba yet they r not Anioma. The whole Anioma thing is a political contraption. The Asaba man would see an Onitsha man as more of a brother than an Aboh man.

An Aboh man is best referred to as Aboh, or Ndo-Osimili if u want a broader grouping that would include the people of the lower banks of the Niger. We just call ourselves Aboh and nothing else
