Because I don't understand the mission of this unity begging. Wike have said it severally he is not an Igbo man I expect people with common sense to leave him alone. My parent are igbos but I refused to be identify with them that is my choice with reasons and I don't bloody care what anyone says or think.

English is not our native language; it's our Lingua Franca. That was taught in primary school. What that means is that every Nigerian has his own language but has to use English to communicate when speaking with people from a different tribe.

If you go to Enugu, you hear people naturally converse in Igbo. If you go to Abeokuta, you hear people speak Yoruba. If you go to Kano, you hear people speak Hausa. This simply tells you that these people have their original languages but only converse in English because it's a multicultural society.

In Australia, that's not the case. Generations of Aussies have decided to drop their native languages and embrace English. That's why if you travel from Sydney to Melbourne, you only hear people speak English, not some other native languages (as seen in Nigeria).

There's a difference between the two scenarios and I don't think I can explain it beyond this.

Ikwerres don't want to be part of your criminal Ndi Igbo tribe, leave them alone, you say no because you want access to the Sea.

Ikwerres I know will never allow themselves to be pushed together as Igbo. This tribe have a distinct identity which separate them from other tribes. The fact that some of their names and dialects sound like Igbo doesn't make them Igbo.
Their ethnic group's social and cultural interaction with a dominant ethnic group like Igbo which bothers their villages have played a significant role in their history, yet that will not erase completely the fact that they are not Igbo, they are migrants from the West.

Meanwhile, forcing others to belong to your house is a crime against humanity. That is ethnic cleansing. Everyone have the right of choice of where he chose to be, if not, why are you people clamouring for Biafra? What is wrong in staying in Nigeria as one?
Moreover, Ikwerres, Ogonis, Ijaws, Ejagams, Ibibios, Efiks and the rest in the Niger Delta and Benue would gladly join you people if you are good, but none wants to be part of a criminal ethnic nationality that can never unite itself.
