Pjreilly: I believed it doesn't matter whether you withdraw online, or not, once you have registered your bionetric your visa application fee is not refundable.

UK Decision Making Centre Hello Pjreilly, I’m facing the same issue you had. I received an email about paying the incorrect fee for the UK Skilled Worker Visa because I selected "yes" for the Immigration Salary List. I have a few questions and hope you can help since you've been through this before. Question 1: I received the "Incorrect Fees Paid" email and sent a request to withdraw my application. Do I also need to withdraw it from the UK visa online dashboard? Question 2: Can I get a refund for the IHS and visa fee? How long does it take to get the refund? Will I receive an email about the refund, and if so, when? Question 3: It’s been 3 days, and I haven’t received any response from the UK authorities. How long does it take to get my passport back? Will I receive an email about my passport return? If yes, how long did it take for you to get the email and receive your passport after that? Question 4: How long does the entire process take? I hope you can assist me with this situation. Thank you. |
