I went from Ibadan too.Took an AKTC bus at Samonda,UI ,PMT also travels down there
Shouldn't be more than 12 to 14 hours depending on how fast the bus and driver is, traffic esp at Onitsha headbidge and the amount of stops or breaks you take on the way.
Nice people generally.
But you'll love it more if you get posted to Uyo town.
You can ask some other specific questions if you have.

And do you know other places to take bus to Akwa-ibom from Ibadan apart from samanda
