One end user requested for a domain in Medi-Cal planning niche and I registered this and pitched to him but he didn't like the hyphen in it , so I had to register another one without hyphen and he bought it for 150 bucks. However, I believed I could still sell the hyphenated one so I outbound to some end users and the first person to show interest made an offer of 100 bucks and I was too quick to accept the offer, and he bought it immediately. Later in the evening about 3 other end users showed interest so I had to register Medi-Cal Lawyer and pitch to them since I have sold the initial one. And I just told the buyer that Medi-Cal Lawyer is still available for 350 bucks and he bought it within 15 minutes. Note that the keyword is most popular in California. So I sold the 3 domains to California residents.

How do you check for keyword popularity exclusive to location?

Yes they offer more than one Service,
But from observation, there is always that one Service that is primary. They usually list it first in their list of services or they list it in their firm name. Eg "Brain and Cloch Probate Lawyers".. then they can offer other services; tax, business, will, trust etc

Yes it does. The trick is to wait like 3-5 days after you sent the mail before you check how many times the enduser opened the email.
And when you check, anything after that...

So after sending, don't open the sent emails until days after.

I used it recently and the open rate was over 75%. I like the app sha. Even Ikhalyfah (I hope I spelled correctly) uses the app.
