Temu should do better. They aren't the only online platform. But this keeps recurring on their platform.

It's either they do it intentionally or they have a problem with their description of goods.

It's most likely they do it intentionally though and it's fraudulent.

Do Nigeria consume oil? ... What we consume is refine product.... And the OPEC is organisation of crude oil producing state... So tell me more... If it fuel you are referring to as oil Nigeria consume more than that.. And if a news is about OPEC member oil it all means crude oil

People are getting this statistic wrong, this is not about fuel.. This is amount of crude oil each opec member are able to refine locally despite their output on crude oil per year.. As we all know we only have one refinary for now which is Dangote... Until we fulfill crude for cash obligation sign by Buhari for Ten years the amount will not increase

Saudi with 35m people consume 8 times more than Nigeria. Kuwait with 3m people consume almost same as Nigeria. Algeria with 28m people consume almost same with Nigeria with 229 million people. This is not about consumption as per say.. This is actually stating how many barrel of crude oil the country is able to refine despite the amount of crude they produce daily... It shows the amount been supply to Dangote for now since that's is the only refinary we have.... Saudi Arabia.. Have that figure because all the fuel they use is been produce in their country... The remaining is what will be sell out... That is sufficiency.. Our own is still in development stage

if the percentage says other wise you people will still talk... Common drop from CBN is what you people are calling false.. The same way petrol price jump from 200 to 1000 plus... This would drastically increase prices of things in the coming days

Una think say them no dey see us, Peller was on interview when he said he earn more than 30million a week they take it as yard stick... So let now come down to your own concern about price... If what you produce is not a everyday commodities you better dont affect your small scale business just register it and if you don't make 50million per year no tax...

Bro, the funniest past is, those who have been paying tax regularly before, let them tell us how much they used to pay as tax per annum in the past and use this new formula to tell us how much they will be taxed now. Irrespective of category, you are paying less than the previous law.

Have been paying Payee for like 15 years now... My annual tax as at last year is around 250k per annum now using the new tax law I will be paying

Around 160k

Amen, thanks for your response. I'm looking at 10-12mil for a standard finishing. For the borehole, I intend to tap from someone, it'll cost me N50k yearly which is reasonable. Although, I'll buy a tank myself..

I'm still researching the building plans. A 2 bed is what I can handle for now I'm still young and can get a bigger house in the nearest future.

For a peace of mind don't tap water if you can have your own.. If you cant do Borehole do the local one we call it konga in Yoruba it will be dig manually with 400k you should have one with that no one will dictate to you when to pump

I recently got another land, but this time close to my current residence. It's a half plot 25 x 50ft.

I plan to erect a 2 BEDROOM bungalow. I'm still researching a building plan to use.

I earn well, lower 7 figures, so I'm trying to invest Atleast 500k monthly on the project. I also have some side hustle that brings in some quick bucks.

I also know that my rent will skyrocket very soon and I don't intend to pay rent after this year. My wedding is November and I don't intend to delay that anymore.

I had saved 5m for part of this project, but I invested in a crypto project that still hasn't given me back my capital not to mention ROI.

So for people that built post-covid, can you tell us how you saved up and managed your finances during your building project ?

Depend on your taste and location that will determine the amount.. My brother just Finishing a 3 bedroom here in one village in Ogun state all room ensuit with Pop ceiling, a well is dig... All money spent is around 9million so far so we are looking at fence now and to concrete the compound floor that is next and that might gulp up to 6 million for 60 by 120 plot of land... It all depend on you taste for aesthetics and all.... I pray this year will be fruitful for us all
