slimim101: Try getting her a blackseed oil. Boil a cup of water and add two spoonful of the blackseed oil in the boiled water, also add a spoon of honey to it. Stair it all together and let it cool to the room temperature, tell her to drink it. She can do this morning and night
Then try and get her big coconut, put the coconut water in a small bowl seperately, cut the coconut in small pieces then use the coconut water to blend it all in a blender or food processor... Use a strainer to strain the shaft from the water... You've just made a coconut milk , tell her to finish it throughout that whole day by drinking it frequently instead of drinking water. Do this for like 4x in a week then u can also use water to substitute the remaining 3 days because a big coconut now cost like 400 but the milk you'll derive from it would be x2 of the ones in supermarket.
Moreso, tell her to always drink enough water frequently.. You'll surely thank God for doing so. U can also get the coconut milk in supermarkets at #450-#500 but I prefer homemade. please, can I get the black seed oil in a supermarket? |

2Ballz: 30s though early is a riskfactor to backache(upper). If your doctor's assumption is right, the pain felt at your arms could be term referred. This may be coming from refluxes of stomach content reaching the outer layer of the heart or even the proof dividing the lung region from the abdomen. Do you belch alot? Do you experience a slight or increase bitterness of the mouth when you get up from sleep in the morning? These are mine differentials : 1. Peptic Ulcer disease. 2. GERD 3.Gall bladder related conditions 4. Duodenal ulcer.
i would advise you do an abdominal/Chest ultrasound of the abdominal content. Since you are pressed on trying a test to know if this is coming from peptic ulcer disease, you may a home Urea breath test or in the lab. Continue on the treatment plan on the peptic ulcer disease. I rather would wished you use Amoxicillin + Omeprazole + Clarithromycin( follow prescription). This treatment should last 2-3weeks. NSAIDs though allowed should be use courteously.
You may do the following to improve symptoms :
1. No more late night meals 2. Less intake of tomatoes sauce food. 3. Reduce use of NSAIDs 4. Stay some hours before going to bed after every meal. 5. Continue to massage area of complaint 6. Sleep on your side and not on your tommy 7. Avoid standing or sitting down for long hours. Thank you very much,i will adhere to your advice |
