Please ensure you have done medical checkup to rule out any heart arrhythmia or thyroid issues.
Did any of the loved ones you lost die in such ways? Could that be why you feel death is hovering around you?
Thoughts/dreams could come from Allah, Shaitan or from yourself.
This thought is surely NOT from Allah, so we are left with Shaitan and yourself.
Sleep should be an enjoyable and restful experience and being deprived of it is in and of itself a great illness. Also do check medically that you do not have insomnia.
I would encourage you to engage in zikrs to induce sleep, peace and calm such as:

1. Astagfirullah....forgiveness
2. Surah Al-Anbiya verse 87 .The prayer of Dhul Al Nun in the belly of the whale "LA ILLAHA ILLA ANTA SUBHANNAKA INNI KUNTU MINAZZALIMIN". ...forgiveness and to come out of any sort of darkness.
3. Any Salawat on RasulAllah....calm, peace, tranquility.
4. Surah Al - Ahzab verse 56....calm, peace, tranquility and sleep.
5. Surah Ar-Rad verse 28...against depression.
6. Surah Al-Munimun verses 97 & 98....against any evil suggestions from shaitan, eliminate mind chatter.
7. Surah Yasin verse 58....calm, serenity, tranquility.
8. Surah Ad Duha...against depression, restlessness, calm, peace, tranquillity.
9. Surah Al-Inshirah....against depression, restlessness, calm, peace, tranquillity.
10. Al-Majid (The Excellent).... to strengthen the heart.
11. Al-Salam (The Giver of Peace)....calm, peace, serenity, tranquility

I pray Allah heals you completely and InshaAllah you'll regain your sleep, Amin.

Please I need a clarification on a friend's behalf.


Few months back, I was lieing on bed when I felt some kinda strange feelings which accompanied a fast pounding on my chest and the first thing that strucked my mind was Death.
Ever since then, I have been having the thoughts and imagination of me dieing though I had lost some loved ones some months ago.
When my heart pounds fast or I feel uneasy, I do really feel I am about to die, I do have this kinda imagination of how my parents will be so sad about my exit.
It has been a scary moment for me ever since then, Sleeping has been something I never wanna do cuz I imagine myself not waking up, most of my imaginations ever since then had been about this.

So in a word?
Does one's thought really means such is gonna happen?
Are our thoughts from Allah?
Has anyone found themselves in such situation before?

There are lots of Federal University dat can accept u.
When it's time 4 registration , let's know ur course and we will suggest 4 u.
U should be able to study Accounting, Banking and finance or any other ones.

Opting for Marketing or any fed university that offers Purchasing and supply.

Dear OP, Ur write up was wat d nitwit policemen told people, whereas,d deceased noticed a flat tire in his bike nd decided tocheck,that was when d truck hitted him nd smashed him, The truck driver was left togo scotfree by the policemen

It varies.
D above info on submission of stuff means that No Post-UTME exam 4 DE applicants in UI

Go and submit your document at admission office on Monday.

Requirements are
O'level, jamb slip, and your school result

Why is this not applicable to other institutions..
