So when you knw that,there re actually some polytechnics graduate beta Dan university graduate, y can't they put the certificate apart and judge by what is in the head.All on neutral grounds no strings attached

Seriously, the way labour market discriminate between an HND holder and B.sc holder is getting out of hand in this country, it is seriously creating a certain enmity between students of each institution and they are also holding some grudge against eachother.
To make this go away,it all depends on all government owned companies and private companies "NOT TO JUDGE BY THE CERTIFICATE BUT INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES" that's one of the way in which this country can proceed.THANKS

Seriously, there has been a rapid growth of discrimination in the labour market in Nigeria and all they believe is that HND is far lower to B.sc.
Meanwhile,this is causing so much enmity between the students of these institutions and also making them hold a certain grudge against each other.I will urge the federal government to find a solution to it before it gets out of hand.
To end my point,I will also beg the private companies and government owned ones to evaluate student of each school mentally, NOT BY THEIR CERTIFICATE BUT WHAT IS IN THERE HEAD.THANKS
