The protest was peaceful until the police started killing unarmed protesters.

Where was that? Police wey fear catch... Wey go hide inside station. No be there una go dey kill them and burn burn their station?

Una won cause another round of bedlam abi?

So, who burned it down, the old Gs? Should the youths even burn police stations and kill policemen just because their stupid IG then didn't give them order to shoot anyone attacking them? I loved the way the IG was disgraced out of office. In my area we protected our police station because we know what will follow after razing it and automatic weapons looted. The protest insighted everyone against the police including myself. My eye clear when I was robbed and harrased by hoodlums and reminded me that "no police for town o". Never again!

In fairness every body knows that it wasn't the youths that did the protest that burned Lagos or anywhere at all.
What concerned them about Igbosere?
Was it a Police station or what?
Address those who used the opportunity to perpetrate evil.
Besides protest is lawful and constitutional.
We were all here when Nigerians rose against Jonathan and his government.
Let Nigeria and Nigerians come of age and stop behaving as if we are in the 15th century.
This is 21st century for crying out loud.
Protest is a universal language to register displeasure.

Let's continue living in denial and keep on blaming sars and policemen. Endsars is to blame for the increased insecurity. A sensible policeman will not sacrifice his life for anybody after what happened last year. I was also a victim from abule egba to oshodi. We need to rise up against the bad ones then security can come in.
