Harshimyomesk provided you have evidence like chats, account number he used and receipts/alerts of the transaction, go to his bank in person or better yet enter Twitter, tag CBN, EFCC, NPF and other law agencies while tweeting his bank, his bank will force him to have sense and refund your money and in some cases lead to his arrest.

Good day people, this is just to call your attention to the above phone numbers,His name is Edward (which we later got to know), the guy is a big scammer so beware, he claim he sell phones on Instagram whereas he is a big fraud. My little sister just fell for this scammer. This is her story;
On the 15th of January, I saw a phone with the price tag #70,000 on Fix__gadgets_ page on Instagram. I saved his number which was available on his page( 08135799066,+234 905 760 0603, 08111286956 )then I texted him on WhatsApp to confirm if the phone was still available for purchase and if refunds were allowed. He said it was available and refunds were provided, then I told him I was going to get back to him. On the 20th of January I got back to him asking for the phone to be delivered the next day, we made an agreement and I paid half of the price #35,000 to this account number 6550959912 Fidelity Bank the name to this account is Anikan Wealth, expecting the phone the next day. The next day 21st of January he called and started making up stories telling me I have to pay the remaining half for the phone to be delivered, I refused and asked for a refund, he said there was no problem in him refunding the money. Ever since then I called, texted him but no reponse I also got blocked from viewing his page on Instagram. Please note I know it might not be possible to get the money back, but I want to make sure this idiot wouldn't get to do this to another gullible clients and his phone numbers should be noted as that of a Scammer. He will get to feel the pain of that little girl.please if you know any possible ways this guy can regret his actions let me know please.There are available screenshot to backup this story. Plz pardon all error in writing.

Change the oil to the specific oil mentioned in it's manual, something like 5w20 it should stop after cleaning the strainer and replaced the seal.
Also check another strainer aside the one that is in the ivtech solenoid

Also note that Honda revs does not go beyond 5,000
Doing the above will clear all codes

Good day Gurus in house, plz your help is needed here. My Civic started misbehaving,the RPM won't go beyond 4000, after I did a scan 2 codes was reveal P2649 and P2184. After going through the forum, I concluded that the P2649 could be the cos which is the VTech solenoid, which was removed by my mechanic and the seal with the strainer was washed and fixed. But the issue still persists. What are we not doing right pleas help.
