Waste no time on this, the first thing to do now is to run a VIN check on the car( make sure you post it here). Whatever the outcome is, you start from there and the dealer must be made aware of this. Don't start fixing anything for now, if any fixing is required the dealer should be responsible. No be small thing to carry money buy toks this time.

So they put the man in the cell and I was told to bring the truck back that’s some diesel you know . We sha brought it to station , his friends were around to as they all sell in the yard together . And the dpo all agreed to go check the chassis on the truck to confirm which tallied they were now surprised why is it registered and why does it says tax payer name :******. So I told them I paid for Tokunbo I can’t have a registered truck at a Tokunbo price . So the dpo a a woman she said okay they will write and check in to the licensing office to see Cve the necessary info of the one who registered it . And we make a decision . Tho I have a privileged info based on I have someone in licensing who told me what could happen based on the type of number registered etc which I kept as ACE . I know even if they go to chesterfield what they will see is it doesn’t tally and I have my resolve on what to tell them money . The registration I saw wasn’t even completely done it was like doing a registration and just left it there I can see no hackney processed no road worthnimess check yet no TTP yet etc it was just half done . My plug told me it would be re-registered but the cost of re-reg is usually high so I should stand my ground why should I be paying so high for re-reg if it was really Toks ? So we should find a common ground on what they would love to refund . My plug told me it wasn’t stolen actually but they can’t say they didn’t know it was reg before . Even there boy at the yard my mechanics told me that the boy said their boss could easily reach out to me on what can be refunded instead of trying to still go to licensing to get information of who reg and call him . But he can’t face his boss cause he don’t want him to say maybe he was the one who reg it behind his back etc . But Monday will be interesting we see how it goes . Those boys had put the man in cell even before I got there . Whatever they want to do if they’re not ready to play ball then I call my lawyer to them let him feed with their meat

If you've done that and it still pops out, then I'm afraid you have a bad differential.
You might need to change the differential (good luck sourcing for one and fixing), or change the transmission as a whole.
Or do it the African way. Cut a large chunk of rubber slippers (mechanic should use his discretion) and add inside the cup, fill the cup with generous amount of grease and slap the shaft inside then you'll be good to go.

You'll need a mechanic to physically inspect your CV axle assembly (rod, cup, head, and the likes), hub, and drive axle.

In 2022, I installed a very expensive transmission (over 4m) and it was having a similar issue. Everything was working well but the shaft kept shifting back and caused a leak which would eventually destroy the transmission if not sorted. Most transmissions arrive the market after very serious accidents and sometimes they display varying degrees of failure.

I remembered the Peugeot 407 axle designs, they were never fitted with retaining pins at the axle head to keep them affixed to the transmission, rather they had a coil spring inside the inner side cv axle. The coil spring created pressure and kept the axle locked to the transmission.

PS I used a valve spring as the coil spring.

I'll give you different likely cause remotely.
1. If you've changed the front hub, and shaft head (outer CV axle) recently, confirm if your mechanic used the right one.
2. If you've done any work on the car that would warrant you take out the shaft, confirm if there was any rubber or foam in the shaft cup or there was jam nut on the shaft thread. If there was any, then you have the wrong part and your mechanic would have to return those contraptions rubber back to as a temporary fix (do this kazeem style at your risk), or outrightly change the entire thing (an equally risky job for a careless mechanic)
3. Inspect if the seal is bad and replace (another dirty job for a careless mechanic)

Thanks for your input, to answer your questions.
1. No change of any of those parts.
2.no work done on the shaft either.
3. The seal is intact, the leakages stop once the inner cv-axle is Puch back in the gearbox. And this stay ok for awhile

Possible you have a short shaft rod.

Plz am having an issue with my vehicle Honda Civic 06, the right side shaft head(CV axle) keeps pulling out (leaving alittle clearance) from the gearbox, causing loss is atf fluid. After pushing it back to it place (the shaft head) it will stop the leakage for awhile and later the pull out still occur. It's from one issue to the other, my crime is to buy a 9ja used civic

The issue I'm currently having now is that my civic will just stop accelerating and won't rev beyond 2500 rpm while in motion. The first experience was on third mainland bridge while coming from ibadan. I managed it like that till I reached my location with great power loss, then after it cool down a little bit it was normal after I restarted the engine and it rev as it used to.

I didn't encounter anything like that again for few days then until yesterday while I was on a trip it did same thing. I have to manage it like that till I finished the trip because. Once it start the speedometer won't go beyond 40 and will diminish once the road is no a level ground. No matter how hard I press the gas, it won't just respond and the gear shift won't be normal again.

Once I kill the engine to scan the car there won't beany fault code registered on the ECU.
I knew something is greatly wrong so I put my scanner in the car and it happened again. I slowly moved to stop by the road side and connected the scanner and these codes popped up.

Fuel pump complete Assy was changed in February,

All spark plugs were was also replaced when I changed the Knock engine sensor in February.

I thought it was the kick start initially but when the mechanic came around he tried everything but the car wouldn't start, even the fan belt wouldn't roll so the guy said it's the work of a programmer that the problem is from the car key, he said something like the car key drops from someone's hands that's how it happens, It's like the car keys needs to be reset to default before it works again. Who has experienced this before or who knows about this issue and can help.

Harshimyomesk provided you have evidence like chats, account number he used and receipts/alerts of the transaction, go to his bank in person or better yet enter Twitter, tag CBN, EFCC, NPF and other law agencies while tweeting his bank, his bank will force him to have sense and refund your money and in some cases lead to his arrest.

I saved his number which was available on his page( 08135799066,+234 905 760 0603, 08111286956 )then I texted him on WhatsApp to confirm if the phone was still available for purchase and if refunds were allowed. He said it was available and refunds were provided, then I told him I was going to get back to him. On the 20th of January I got back to him asking for the phone to be delivered the next day, we made an agreement and I paid half of the price #35,000 to this account number 6550959912 Fidelity Bank the name to this account is Anikan Wealth, expecting the phone the next day. The next day 21st of January he called and started making up stories telling me I have to pay the remaining half for the phone to be delivered, I refused and asked for a refund, he said there was no problem in him refunding the money. Ever since then I called, texted him but no reponse I also got blocked from viewing his page on Instagram. Please note I know it might not be possible to get the money back, but I want to make sure this idiot wouldn't get to do this to another gullible clients and his phone numbers should be noted as that of a Scammer. He will get to feel the pain of that little girl.please if you know any possible ways this guy can regret his actions let me know please.There are available screenshot to backup this story.
