A financial institution is looking for a Financial Controller to join their Team

Responsibilities:
• Manage the Financial Control function
• Develop and maintain all necessary financial systems, policies, and procedures
• Manage the Financial Control team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, developed, and trained;
• Oversee the preparation of the company's financial accounts
• Report on financial insights and performance against budget;
• Oversee H1 and FY audit and production of the Annual Report
• Tax Planning and relationship management
• Budgeting, forecasting, and growth development strategy
• Regulatory reporting and relationship management
• Risk Management Support
• Internal and external performance reporting,
• Continuously monitor internal performance against management targets
• Proficient in financial analysis, performance ratio analyses, etc
• Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting, and internal control procedures
• Analyze financial statements and reports and provide financial, business, and tax advice
• Play a vital part in the company's financial management, including all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties.

Requirements
• Atleast 5 years experience in the Microfinance space

ACA or ACCA

Location: Mainland

Pay is between 300k upward
