Good Afternoon house, I just went through over 20 pages of back and forths and uncouth exchanges. It's quite saddening that this is where we are. Before I go talking about all of that, I'll like to state that I have a pending balance of about ₦70,000 with Forkdragnet over a deal that wasn't duly verified and I haven't gotten a part out of the the cash, although, after tendering the case to the Dispute Resolution Committee on 6th of November, there was an agreement between Forkdragnet and I that he was going to pay on a particular date (which hasn't elapsed) For me, I feel he is a victim of circumstances (some missteps here and there), but life is shit and no one easily bears the responsibility of another's failing (whether it is intentional or not). So he has a cross to carry, I just pray and plead that in our best capacities, we take it easy with him So far, from what I read, he has been settling people in parts (I've gotten no settlement here actually) and I think as much as we put pressure on him for refunds, we should also temper justice with mercy— I am not confirming he was duped and I may be falling victim of a pity party narrative. Whatever it is, I just think anyone been duped of life savings and capital of about 2 million may not find it as easy to settle people as it is being wished here, unfortunately emotions don't play on the same ground as business, part of people's capital is stuck and this hinders them from doing business as they'd have wished. So Forkdragnet should try his possible best to pay up everyone as early as possible, including mine No human dey perfect. We all make mistakes and we all get to face damning challenges at some points. Correct me if I'm wrong please. This series of cases is probably the first he is having since he's been doing business here. I'm not saying a trusted person can't go rogue with people's hard earned money, but then again, he has been here as much as he can be to prove himself, he has been paying bits so far, we all know what it feels like losing a huge sum of money, not to talk of when such money isn't even ours when we see it longshot Omo the matter dey complicated gaan, but we should try reason things without sentiments.
