Maddam, I think that if a confidential email is sent to the supermods or a specific Mod, it should not be read by other Mods. However, if it can be read by other mods, it should not be used against the user in question. I don't understand how another mod can taunt a user with the report that user sent to the supermods. It's not professional in any sphere.
