SORRY BUT THIS MIGHT BE A LONG STORY.

House, paypal has come again and I think this time I'm definitely done for good with them, after I get this sorted out I think paypal is not for me.. so I had a new paypal USA account with new USA number and Payoneer cc attached to it, I thought everything will be fine and obviously I would be able to send out without issues. The first guy that I did his Upwork withdrawal, I paid him because I didn't have any issues and I had small money on him and since it was from Upwork, no issues. Another guy transferred $40 to me of which I told him I will pay him when I sell out, he agreed. Then this guy came inbox me that he wants to do withdrawal from iWriter of around $44. Please note that I have done withdrawal for him more than once and we have been good so I thought we have trust and friendlyness...when he said that he wants to do withdrawal, I explained to him that this is a new account and I'm afraid that after I receive, I won't be able to send out that I doubt that might happen because it's a new account with a new number and new Payoneer card so I don't think. I didn't guarantee him. I said I will only pay you once I've sent the money out of which it might not pass the next day, I said the next day because I would have to find buyers and sellers out... Now the total in my account was $124.3 and I was looking for buyer and Otradearena wanted to buy, we agreed on rate and I tried to transfer to him and boom I get the error of "We can't send your payment right now, try again another time". I'm not understanding, this is a completely different account. Has paypal red flagged me completely?? I tried to send smaller amounts, I even tried sending as GnS, even tried eBay checkout, none Worked.... I was trying to figure out through out the whole day but no success, at one point I was thinking maybe I should sell the account, take my losses and pay the people..

Now easy for me, the guy with $40, I could easily click on refund and his money transferred back. But Sangresan with $44 iWriter withdrawal does now have that luck so I'm put in one spot. He messaged me for his money in the evening and I explained all that has happened to me and this is not my fault. I pleaded with him to bear with me and give me time to fix this whole thing. He started shouting and demanding his money and I was telling him that I told you in the morning of our agreement and he said he doesn't care that it's not his business. He was saying I'm profiting from his efforts and hardwork, please OGA how?? That I'm a scammer and a fraud. In my mind I was like I have done with withdrawal for this guy more than once so trust is there and it won't be an issue to give me time to fix. Little did I know the guy only cared about himself... I was trying to tell him that if this paypal was sent from an account, don't you think that I would have clicked refund and he keep his wahala and money?? He said that is not his business, he wants his money full.... I had only Small money with me and I remembered one time in the thread that if you encounter issues, either ask for more the or at least pay the client something and ask for more time... I paid him half which was 6500 and said please bear with me and all. He is now threatening me and saying I have until 12 noon today, that he has my full name and bank details. He is saying he will call my bank and say I'm fraudulent over 6500 remaining.. he is saying he would email paypal and tell them I'm a scammer and Fraud and would close my account down, that he doesn't mind losing the remaining money so I don't profit from scamming..... What the hell is that supposed to mean?? Email paypal and I lose the whole $84 remaining in there You think I love this situation? You think I asked for it? You want to call my bank that I defraud you and they freeze my account?? Lmao.. OGA go ahead and email paypal and my bank, you would only be blessing me. 2016 when I was defrauded of 50k, God blessed me with 200k+ the next month and several occasions so go ahead... Some people have issues and they wait for days, weeks, months but you, your giving me hours and threatening me over 6500, To hell with you......

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THE ACCOUNT, MAYBE TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY TO CARD, I WOULD REALLY BE APPRECIATE...
