Please, let's discuss the graduate trainee programme. What is expected at this stage? How long is it going to be? Are we going to be automatically absorbed after that? Is it going to attract stipend or full salary? Is the upfront going to come after it?...I call all the experienced professionals in the house to share there experience.. Thanks for the much anticipated educative contributions.
