Game of thrones have come and gone, but not the way everyone expected. The season 8 proved there were some flaws in writing and positioning on how the series should have ended. In season 7, jon snow told any that during the first encounter between army of the dead and the living, that men stood together as one to fight the night king and his armies, pushing him into hiding and that should be the way the series should have ended.
On the other hand, tyrion lannister didn’t do any well as hand to queen daenaryns, why advise her not to attack kings landing, when she had three dragons, and save more lifes, why allow beautiful messandei to die, why allow euron grejoy to kill rheagal, why allow cersei to live longer, it was so messy for the writers and just don’t sum up.

Abrams and his crew had to build miles of road into the desert. They basically had to set up a small town out there, populated by the cast and extras and crew, the creature-effects department alone had 70 people. The Jordanian military and royal families are also involved. There were sandstorms in the location and what everyone could do is take cover and huddle in their tent.

Many crybabies online have been screaming because the show did not do exactly what they wanted it to do, saying it betrays the characters or is sexist and anti-feminist because it does bad things to women.
A lot of haters now claim that the last episode completely ruined the characters of Jaime and Dany – because they obviously never paid any attention to the show. Jaime indeed never really cared about the innocent in the past. This dude crippled a kid with a smile. He killed Aerys because he had to choose between his loyalty to the Targayrens and his loyalty to his family. The whole point of his character that he did not care for anything except his family but then changed and came to care for others such as Brienne.
And I am sitting here, thinking “seriously?” The show is filled with flawed, morally ambiguous characters. That grey area was always the point of the show. That at the end there are no winners. Bad things happen to all kinds of people on this show. Have we forgotten what happened to Ned or Robb among many others?

Who cares anymore…..At this point we’re all just hate watching this one great show. There was no buildup to her massacring innocent people. Dany’s entitled with a hero/savior complex, and I figured that would be her downfall. People want to bring up the “fire and blood” line but forget how she said she didn’t want to be queen of the ashes, and that mercy was their strength. She’s ruthless and vengeful when it comes to those who threaten her, stand against her, and have “wronged” her. Varys betrayed her, so she killed him.
My greatest frustration is with the anti-climax that was the battle against The Night King. This whole season should have been a desperate battle for survival against an apocalypse. The Battle of Winterfell should have merely been the opening salvo. The thousands of dead, who fought in the battles for the Throne, since the series began, should have been raised from the earth.
