Yeah, I've been having problems with this BIS thing because it only allows me to use WhatsApp and UC Browser. The rest of the social network platforms ain't working, even Google PlayStore.

I'd appreciate it if you can help me solve this problem.

Brother Mastermynd pls I need to get something straight here... Most of us were not given admission, so does it mean that the 2nd admission list is for those that did change of course, if not all, or does it mean that those who applied for change of course have their own separate admission list?
