A man has revealed that he stopped attending his church after the pastor asked members to contribute money to buy a car for his wife.

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the man explained that he left the church after the pastor, who already owned five cars, told the congregation that his wife, “Mummy,” did not have a car and urged them to donate towards getting her one

He wrote: “I left my former church the day my pastor with five cars told us, ‘Mummy does not have her own car. Let’s get her one.’ I knew I was in the wrong place.”

Though he did not disclose the church’s name, his revelation sparked reactions online, with many social media users flooding the comment section to share their thoughts.

That is a wrong decision that the girl took and she’s responsible to an extent for getting broken.

However many men see being the so called bad guys as an adventurous lifestyle and deliberately indulge in it. That makes it stupid to complain when the results come out. They don't want celibacy in relationships, even when the girl is not asking them for anything. But they start calling women names later in life that the women are all promiscuous.

Does it make sense to fully support a lifestyle and then criticize it deeply? Seems hypocritical and odd to me.

I can only listen to a guy who also keeps himself and doesn’t indulge in fornication, condemning it to the knowledge of all, outside and behind closed doors. If only such guys come out to complain, I will be silent, have nothing to say.

But it’s the ones that are proudly fornicating that are carrying shoulders and complaining. Like man, you contributed to this! You and your type of guys!
