Shecluded was established in 2019 by Ifeoma Uddoh and is the first female-focused Fintech in Nigeria with a mission to get more money in the hands of women. Just 2 years after setting up Shecluded, the company grew from 2 to 10 employees and our client/community size is now over 10,000 women.

Shecluded empowers career women and female entrepreneurs by offering them financial services and financial education (via the company blog). The company offers wealth advisory services and several loan options including growth loans and laptop loans. Shecluded also offers products that can help entrepreneurs with key aspects of their business via our business hub including revenue model and pitch deck, etc. With the help of the Shecluded team, women in different stages of their lives can start a savings plan (one designed by Shecluded or a custom one) to help them reach millionaire status. Shecluded even goes a step further, partnering with AVON to help women gain access to health insurance.

The impact of this company has gone beyond Nigerian borders. Shecluded became a UK Tech Hub Company in 2020 and was recognised by the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Centre and Shecluded was selected as one of the thirteen Spring 2021 Milestone Makers.

Shecluded is consistently coming up with new loans and projects geared towards female financial empowerment in Nigeria, Africa and across the globe. This company was set up because Ifeoma used to be the only girl at the table (in financial business situations) and she saw this as a big problem. She took initiative and built her own table where over 10,000 women sit and chairs for many more.
