Not every country will tolerate and shine their teeth to foreigners doing anyhow in their spaces just as they do in Nigeria . That's why Nigeria isn't exactly an attractive place for economic migrants, tourists, and retireees....people don't exactly want to be in countries where everybody and anything is welcome . This is too much custumary etiquette to expect from people who come from a very chaotic backround.The reason they behave the way they do abroad is because they grew up with that tribal element of constantly battling back and forth for dominance over regions,economics,politics and which tribe is rightly ordained to rule Nigeria.
