Mr journalist, abeg that Rice u saw didn't pass the usual way of milling n processing of local rice, in my community we have rice milk n polishing mill , I eat stone free rice in my house, I live in niger Delta, I get my delivery from the north, even colleagues and neighbors buy Nigerian rice from the north through me. What I had from a reliable source is the contractor handling the printing collected money in 2014 but didn't do his job.
Buhari government came, the same contractor was asking for fresh money.
Effc, reminded him of payment was made by Jonathan government. So what money again.
He later claim the money didn't reach him complete as they shared the money.
Buhari ask him to go n do his job and the contract would be reviewed.
Since then nothing happened, the contractor is seriously in debt. Can't meet up with materials for now.
