Whats the value of 30 million dollars to naira? Are you mistaking 30million # to $ or what?

Even if the 30 million was spent adequately, it won't guarantee security for all schools.

Nigeria police has a budget that is one tenth of the budget that the city of new York uses to secure 25 million new yorkers. The defence budget is even very scanty. The miracle is why this country hasn't long since been under the rule of anarchic thugs ages ago.

Government is failing at making more money and until they succeed we can't equip the police and army to secure our schools well.


Note also that the schools that get attacked are in remote areas which is hundreds of schools. Doubt 30 million can secure all of them.

Note that I am not excusing corruption or saying that tinubu is doing well, but that tinubu is failing in not producing an economy that generates enough income to fund our security

I traveled to Kano recently. Go and see how the Igbo community in that state is thriving surrounded by Muslims. You will not even know you are in the North, same thing in Kaduna. A lot of Northerners are also successful traders in the south and can practice whatever religion they choose.

Yes! there are armed terrorists and bandits in many States in Nigeria from the northeast, to northwest, middle belt and south east that propagate evil many of which have nothing to do with religion. I served in Benue and most of the Fulanis I met do not have a religion and have never set foot in a school, mosque or church in their entire lives.
