I received a call from pushcv today concerning d CV stuff.2hrs later I received a text that my CV has been uploaded on my dashboard

Almost 15days here. I complained on their site, i think their moderator refused to post the comment. I complained on facebook, i didnt get any reply. I think you should try them on twitter. Im not on twitter, i would have complained there. I needed the CV for an alternate purpose but when the deadline was drawing close, i had to use my old CV. Really frustrating i must say.

Email might not be attended to immediately. Try logging on to their main website. There is a space for chatting with their customer service where all queries are sorted promptly. They are only online between 9am-5pm and you can only use PC for it.

To those that paid for their Cv please how did you inform them after paying in their bank account, did u send your details to them?

Its not a must that it relates. I studied physics science in school. I have a BSc in Physics. I'm just passionate about customer service, reason why I went for that choice

I choose "customer service" as my area of specialization. And I tell you it was a cakewalk for me, probably cos I already have cognate experience in customer service. Guys just be mindful what area of specialization you choose cos that where you'll be tested on and it is timed. Goodluck guys!

pls dont waste ur 1k send a mail to contact@pushcv.com you will be able to proceed to stage 3 without the cv once its done they will upload it for you.

Please is there anyone here whose CV ain't uploading? Mine isn't, but the space where they redo your CV for you and you pay #1,000 is definitely uploading. Who else is experiencing this and who has paid?
