The owner of the land owns the building unless there's a legally-signed agreement that the house belongs to both the builder and the landowner.

According to the law, if the cost of building the house exceeds the cost of the land, the property belongs to the husband. The court will instruct him to compensate her, as they believe he obtained her consent before building on her land.

In my opinion, the house belongs to the land owner unless the guy can uproot his house from the land. Alternatively, they can break it down, or she can pay off the house cost.

My girlfriend and I have been together for the past 3 and half year, I was so broke bank then.. she did a lot of shit even in my presence but then no born me well to complain cuz she’s the lord in the relationship she gives me money sometimes, she gives me money to rent a house meant to be together and show me shege of my life. I almost commit suicide cuz that time too was early December my phone self come spoil. Oh life was hard, she go away with another guy a gee guy, but going there she realize she’s the side chick, and the guy never take care of her there.
I done rent the house, she terminated pregnancy for me, mhen the girl really tired for me, but as time goes on my understanding girlfriend done they change , she done they spend pass her salary cuz she’s into POS job, buy cloths and eats what she wants. Later in she told me her pastor said we are not meant to be,
I moved on, I later got a new phone learnt an online trade and things started getting better, she broke up with the guy and comeback to tell me she’s is sorry that I should accept her back am confused.

I met a woman from one of the popular market in ibadan she was complaining of an inability to browse on WhatsApp and I assisted her. We exchanged numbers and we started chating, I got to know that she was lonely because her husband was on a peace keeping mission in one of the African countries.

I will say my own issue as funny as it may sound, taught me a whole lesson, dated my wife for a year and half and we decided to get married, we were staying in delta state and decided to relocate to Lagos, my wife is pretty type, curvy and all. I’m tall and fit too. We moved to Lagos last year October and I observed some changes in her, she’s the type that when we stepped out, she’s gets attention, two months later, she said we should open our marriage, that maybe we rushed ourselves, that we should meet other people to see if we want to continue with the marriage.
She said she’s ok with me going on dates with other girls so I should let her too. I noticed this happened cause of the constant attention she gets, after few weeks, I agreed but I already zero’d my mind the marriage is over, I moved out Jan this year to a new apartment, just last month here.
She called me that we should close the marriage back, said her suggestion worked and she found out that we are meant to be married, I told her I’ve already moved on from the marriage and I just want a legal step to meet her people to end everything, she has been asking her people to beg me.
Calling my line endlessly and telling me I found someone else and I didn’t loved her in the first place.
