Slow loading and downtime for weeks is not something you should keep experiencing with any hosting provider, at that point, it’s either a server/resource issue or poor support response.
You might want to try QServers, they have been quite reliable from my experience and they are even currently running a domain name promo as well.. you can now get .com for 12,000 and .com.ng for 5500
