Business › Re: Jewellery Business And Barbing Saloon, Which Is Better? by henrydadon(m): 8:32pm On Jan 23, 2017

I would recommend a barbing salon

But jewelry business is good but not that great, who do you want to sell those jewelries to ?? Where do you wanna sell them ??

When you say jewelry, you mean real jewelries like Jesus piece, Cuban links, Hublots and Audemars or you mean those fake dog chain the Hausa people sell ??

If you want those type of dog chain the Hausa guys sell, go to China, they are very cheap there

Why would you go to Dubai ?? This is the reason why many of you won't be successful in business, you want to rush to Dubai to go see tall buildings

If you call yourself a businessman and don't know that China is the business headquarter of the world, you don't deserve to be in business

When i went to China, i was shocked, i saw them manufacture Rolex Replicas and Audemar Piquet replicas, i bought 3 Rolex for $400, came back to New York and went to a Rolex shop and sold each one for $13,000

Things are manufactured cheaply in China, for example, an IPhone 6 earphones for $1 and sell them for $13 in the USA
[/quote

easy with this he lies nah

hmm..you went to a rolex shop in America to sell them fake rolex watch..are American that dumb

Oga, it would develop the economy in many ways:

-As the construction is ongoing, it has already provided jobs
-Upon completion, sales girls, security guards, drivers etc would be employed
-Lagos would generate more tax
-Residents of such area can go there anytime to buy goods since it is 24hrs operated
-It will automatically become a bus stop
-Students can go there on excursions
tell me and look me in the face that you went to school to become a saleboy, drivers and security guards..

where are they going to generate tax?..from shoprite?..

you think those politician wife that have shops in these malls actually pay tax and you think the average nigerian can afford the price of these luxurious products in mall?..

listen to your self go there for excursion angry..you deresve to be slapped! grin

we talk about empowerment of the youth and this is what you come up with ..

this is ridiculous

at the end of the day they build the mall with substandard product and it end up crashing on innocent people..we want more industries to spring up not mall abeg..enough of the malls..

Foreign Affairs › My View About America Election And Donald Trump by henrydadon(op): 9:56am On Jan 23, 2017
People voted a rich white guy who appointed other rich white people to fix the system that made them rich in the first place. Are US citizens special kind of stupid or what?

Also, might wanna protest against the election law, not the guy who won due to the bad system - you are the only country in the world where there is voting but a person with most votes does not win. I think it is about time you change the law, it has been almost 200 years now, things have changed. And as far as I can tell, only Republicans win due to the said failed system.

And don't give me that shit about "yeah but then bigger states will decide". It is not states that decide but individual citizens on who will be their president. You really ought to look a bit how the world and democracy has evolved since 18th century. It ain't that hard, you already have military presence in most of it. Here too the system took the decision from the hands of the people and delegated it to 'electors' or just another group of privileged rich people.

And the balls on this man, to say that power went back to the people... really? All the people in his administration are filthy rich, mostly white people.

But, as the old saying goes, each nation gets the government that it deserves. So did USA. Enjoy.

Ah!!! Every 2 days? How do you manage the discomfort? For me it depends, if I go out (work or any outing), then its twice a day, because when I get back home, I will need to take a shower and change.

If am home, then once. But there are exceptional days when I dont take a shower all day and just lazy around, no changing of boxers.....

The issue is not having a smart TV. The reasl issue is having the means to enjoy the smart TV (real unlimited fast Data!). What's the point of having a smart TV without unlimited data. I know slowly the phone companies are starting to provide some resemblance of "unlimited data". But that will not cut it. Majority of the folks in Nigeria (and a lot of African countries) still get on the internet via the phone, so connecting the TV to the internet will have to be done via a WiFi hot spot on the phone. I am sure Nigeria will get there slowly - The key things that will bring us to the level of these other countries are - Uninterrupted power supply and the ability to connect to the internet seamlessly. Heck! The kids do all their homeworks online and submit it. The course outline everything is online. They have been carrying schcool-supplied tablets since the 4th grade. So having internet is a critical neccesity here! As an IT person, I sometimes have to work from home and VPN into the office. So without the internet better be working uninterrupted 24/7!

We all love Naija, but these lack of basic neccesities are making it difficult to get stuff done.
things like this are just basic necessity of life..but sadly it a luxury to most people..

i believe we can start first from uninterrupted power supply then things will get better from there

Bro, what im sayin is that theres a connecton to TVs here in US which also allows you to watch Youtube, Netflix and other online stuffs with the use of internet connection. I dont really know how the thing works cos im still new here and as for the unlimited internet access permonth, i heard it costs just 50 Dollars to do that. And you can connect any damn thing you wish to connect to the internet anytime. I use the internet for my phone and computer whenever im home.
alright.. $50 dollars isnt bad at all for a month..

even though we have that kind of service available to us here in nigeria..constant interruption power supply no go allow us enjoy am fully..this country don tire me i swear!..

this thread just dey give me hope..e just like say i dey yankee with una..
