Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) is still the father of all agencies in Nigeria. I know someone who jejely left NSIA to the almighty MOFI. This could be debatable because international travels and internal opportunities or deals for extra cash are more in NNPC.

A top contractor of REA came by y'day, wen i asked him how juicy is REA he burst laff n said it better than nothin.
U must hv reach sm certain level to begin see d funds, unlike NCC dat ur first day at work, u already knw u can afford paying rent in Asokoro, Dawaki, Gwarinpa etc
