The last time I travelled to Benin republic, after spending a week without a blink of light, I was l left dumbfounded. I thought it was only peculiar to the area I was living alone. I got to know that, they have been experiencing an uninterrupted power supply for more than a decade now. This is not confined to a specific area, it is a all or none effect including villages.
