WHY USE OF CARD READERS IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF APC’S PLAN TO RIG THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION


INEC should go back to the drawing board vis-a-vis PVCs, Card Readers and the methodology for conducting the upcoming Presidential election.
Here’s why:


Firstly, APC has brought in hundreds of thousands (possibly millions) of blank PVCs and are currently cloning them with legitimate voter information.

Here is such a blank card as shown to me by a trusted source,  and yes authorities have been notified.



Which brings us to the card readers:

The card readers authenticate the identity of the voters by cross matching fingerprints with those stored on the embedded chip.

The card reader then communicates with INEC via 1.2 GHZ GSM frequency.

With this in mind, APC has designed what they consider to be a fool proof rigging strategy based on two courses of action:

1) Present cloned voter cards at polling booths in strong APC areas, when the voter can’t be authenticated, all that has to happen is for the presiding officer to fill out an incident report. Once this is done, the PVC holder is automatically accredited to vote.



Remember the NYSC members killed by Buhari’s supporters in 2011? They ‘offense’ was a refusal to accredit underage voters, do Nigerians think that in 2015, presiding officers would be willing to risk their lives just to ensure foreign nationals or underage voters with cloned PVCs aren’t accredited? Highly unlikely.

2) In polling booths where there is a weak APC presence, GSM jammers shall be deployed, thus preventing card readers from communicating with the INEC base station.

The card reader is thus rendered redundant to all intents and purposes, and since a jammer will still jam all subsequently deployed units in that area, polls have to be rescheduled till the next day. http:///a13u13


Unfortunately, the likelihood of all voters turning up again is next to nothing, especially if results released the previous day indicate their votes won’t make any difference.

The advantage of these two strategies to APC is that they are able to increase the votes cast in their favor, while simultaneously cutting down the number of votes that can be obtained by PDP.

This gives APC an unfair and unjust advantage in the popular vote, even if they don’t get the pre-requisite 25% of 36 States required to win the election.

Consequently, the only way to avoid this mess and not plunge Nigeria into an abyss of chaos, INEC must cancel the use of PVCs being authenticated with Card Readers, and instead resort to TVCs and/or PVCs preferably in conjunction with Option A4.

13th Febuary,2015: it was brought for a purpose

The headquarters of Chisco Transport Limited in Lagos was gutted by fire yesterday.

The fire was said to have started after some hoodlums took advantage of a political campaign rally to throw substances suspected to be explosives into the premises of the transport company in apparent protest against President Goodluck Jonathan’s poster on a building beside Chisco’s head office.

According to a witness, who  identified himself as Stanley, “it was when the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign train was passing during their political rally along Eko Bridge that some hoodlums supporting the party, took advantage of the rally to throw objects into the premises of the company when they saw President Jonathan’s billboard hung on the uncompleted building beside Chisco Head Office, thinking the premises belongs to the Federal Government.”

When Daily Sun visited the scene, the inferno had razed down about 25 luxury buses and trucks. Sources revealed that the building belongs to the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), a Federal Government parastatal sharing a common fence with the leading transport company.

An employee of the transport company, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told our correspondent, that the damage could have been worse if not for the quick intervention of some employees of the company who sprang into action to salvage the situation when they noticed the fire. The workers were said to have used the fire-extinguishers available in the premises to assist fire fighters from both the state and Federal Fire Service to put off the fire.

The fourth floor of the Word of Life
Bible Church’s guest house otherwise known as Eagle Nest Guest House belonging to the National President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, was torched by fire on Sunday afternoon.
The building is located near the church
auditorium at Ajamimogha, Warri, Delta State.
It took the combined efforts of the men of the Delta State Fire Service, fire service men of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) and
that of the Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation (NNPC) to put out the engulfing inferno.
It was gathered that the fire started at about 12:55p.m just after the second service of the church was rapped up.
In a statement signed by the head of the church media team, Pastor Victor Abraham and posted in the official Facebook account of the church, there was no record of casualty.
He stated that: “At 12:55pm today, Sunday 15th, March 2015, the Eagle House Building, particularly the Top Floor “Eagle Nest Guest House” caught fire.
“The incident took place as the second service ended. Fortunately, the combine forces of SPDC, NNPC,and Delta State Fire Services arrived promptly at the scene and put out the fire.
Please note, no life was lost and there were no injuries to members or personnel, damages are only on the top floor of the eagle house building which is the “Eagle Nest Guest House.” As regards the cause of the fire, Pastor Abraham said in the statement that it was still being investigated.
Nigerian Tribune, however, gathered from sources that there was anxiety and trepidation during the fire outbreak while the affected floor has been badly damaged.

Five years as President it is now that election is near that different infrastructural works have "commenced". What about Port Harcourt airport that has been in perpetual construction because the presidency is having childish fights with the state government, have they "commenced" on the arrival hall or are people from international and domestic flights still "arriving" in the make-shift tents that have been there now for the past few years? Only the blind who can't read precedences would be carried away by these last minute election "show I am working" projects.

I am not an APC member and I can assure whosoever that is reading that the reason Okorochas name is being mentioned in the negatives here is because he is not just APC but a boisterous member determined to lure the whole igbo into Tinubu/Buharis APC. Lots of igbo hate that . But that said, the best governor in the whole of SE as we speak is Rochas Okorocha! He has his massive flaws, for instance, the quality of his roads can do better. He should also stop promoting a jihadist party that is DOA in the east. Apart from these, dude is on steroids! To me, it is a crime against humanity to put Obianos name in this same sentence with Okorochas . But then measuring dikcz has become a favourite pastime for our belligerent BROTHERS from Anambra . Otherwise, what has a bemused Willie done to earn such respect? Cleaning of upper iweka? Where are tthe roads being done by Obiano? Imo state is a construction site under Rochas. State of the art General hospitals in every Local government. New university. Almost every rural road under construction. Free education, less corruption. If this guy was into mainstream politics say with APGA or PDP, my guess is that he will be celebrated across board as the best Governor east of the Niger as we speak.

Too much lies like your Rochas! The Roads are sub-standard, it washes away after 3months; the hospitals you talked about are mare block work, what about the old health centers & how many of those structures you called hospital are completed, equipped, commissioned & functional.
