The subscription model on hardware you already bought is exactly why I haven't bought one yet. Paying a monthly fee just to see my own sleep data makes zero sense. Local processing is definitely the way the market should go.

The hardware looks standard, but the real value is in their computer vision model. If the AI can accurately track micro-changes on the skin over several months, that is a massive leap forward. I just wonder what the cost per scan will be.
