Its not false but freshers won't be able to register their courses or pay their fees until after clearance. More so, some pple will be moved to another department.

normally, clearance is next because u can't do anything till you are cleared but I read an earlier comment where a fresher said its registration before clearance.....which is impossible.....(but he seemed quite sure of himself).....so, I don't know again o.

Pls tell me, does post ume have syllabus? And how many read past questions were repeated? Honestly post ume is just shared dumb luck. Where the brilliant come out with low scores, and the average random pickers gets the day... ..
