Keep your fund for 28 days to get the CAS. Apply for CAS when the fund mature but do not touch the money. As soon as u get the CAS, u use the same running fund to apply for visa.

Yes u can use your partner's account.
Sponsors can either be your parents or partner.
U will however need a letter from them to back u up explaining u have access to the fund.
