Former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor and Emir of Kano Mallam Sanusi Lamido is set to marry a 17-year old girl as a 4th wife. The bride is the beautiful daughter of Lamido of Adamawa, Alhaji Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa. Mallam Sanusi Lamido already has 3 wives namely Sadiya, Maryam and Rakiya and taking a 4th one is in line with Islamic injunction which allows for the maximum of 4 wives as long as their husband can show equal love to them.
