I was asked if I preferred Sales or Operations. I picked the latter and they were surprised based on my previous work experience and achievements.

Maybe your course, skills and your previous work experience relates very well that it will be easier to assign you a particular role. That's why you weren't asked.


But again, different HRs for different candidates with different questions.

You put it up on almost all the econmerce websites ( jumia,konga,yudala,etc) especially if u run discounts people would partronise u or you talk with a busy store owners around your area n they can put it there for a little percentage since people already trust physical shops u can direct dem there.
