I applied for Interdisciplinary PhD at MUN this Winter 2018. Application status says Decision Made, but nothing is communicated to me yet. What does it mean?

MUN will be in a better position to tell you if you qualify for admission or not. Concerning the English language proficiency, cases defer. When I applied for admission I was admitted without sitting for any English exam, all I did was get a letter from my previous school stating I was taught in English language during my program and that worked. A friend of mine(in this same thread) didn't have same luck this year as he was asked to provide a result. So your case can only be judge by MUN alone
