I was busy working on my phone when this precious customer chatted me up that she will like to exchange Naira for RMB, she was skeptical about our service because she was a new customer then. She tested us with Just 40 RMB and we later did a lot of business together after establishing trust.

But to my utmost surprise, she came back to me after few days that a supplier we paid 1,258 RMB ( 68,500 naira ) on ALIPAY stopped replying her messages. I was concern about this more than her, but I did not show it. This issue is getting rampant which I think must not get to my business or my customers. Why will Chinese suppliers want to scam us was the question I asked myself. I told her to be calm and send me the store link which she did. I said to myself, if the seller should stop replying on WECHAT, can He/she sacrifice the store for 1,258RMB?

I chatted the seller on 1688 directly, it took her 4 days to reply and I was calm. I was friendly at first but had my plans intact. I tendered the screenshot of payment done by me on behalf of my customer, and also accused her of been a SCAM for not replying my customer again on WECHAT. (The seller be like AHHHH, they don find me reach here I don Cast).

At first she was acting strong, I told her I was going to report her store to 1688 as a dubious seller who doesn't deserve to own a store on this platform. Trust me, she won't want to loose all orders this rush time and reputation because of 1,258RMB.

She promised to ship out the goods paid for today but I insisted on refund back to my black face ALIPAY account because I don't want to have anything to do with her again. She still want to deliver and make money after long delay.

I insisted and sent her store China address and phone number to her and she was shocked. She be like, THIS GUY MEAN BUSINESS O. My country people, she pick race return my customer money. We don't take shit when you try shit with our customers, no chill for anything scam.
