@ Bennyrazz, I was just concerned about parents who are caught between their child and their brother or sister! Some will say they have a cordial relationship with their siblings(i.e the uncles and aunties) and believing their children or confronting the abuser will soil their relationship,as such they'd rather not talk about it.

Was bathing my little girl this evening, age 4 to be precise and I asked her "what should you say when someone wants to touch your bum-bum?( having taught her to say no) and she said a soft 'no',i told her the 'no' must be emphatic and then I asked her again and she said an emphatic "NO".
A thought now came to me, what if my child run to me and say this uncle or aunt touched my bum-bum,and the said uncle or aunt is my brother or sister(a close family member) how can I ascertain that what my child is saying is true or not?

I'm asking this because from all the stories of abuse,its either it's an uncle or aunt,or someone very close and sometimes you hear parents telling the child to shut up!

We met in the bank! Went to open an account and after doing that I received a call from an unknown number,i picked and he was like "is this miss higherheights? " I responded, he said" I am the guy that opened your account in the bank,i just called to tell you that if you have any problem as regards your account,you can always call my line instead of coming to the bank" and the rest is history!
Today we have two kids and still counting! Lovely man I must confess.
