Yes I did but you mustn't choose a foreign school.
Nigerian schools full there for the 'N' section.
One of my guys chose ESUT which is a university in Nigeria since there's no Polytechnic there.

That's basically all you'll need.
If you have a certificate in probably computer knowledge,you can add it although it's not compulsory.
My guy for example upload his Diploma in Computer Engineering Maintenance.

If you got any of such relevant certificates,you can upload them.There's space for that.

Get your facts right sir.
Rockchip is a company name and it doesn't necessarily mean that ARM cortex A9 is Rockchip.

The RK3066 CPU runs on ARM Cortex A9 DUALCORE so the possibility of using this method is insane since the Tecno L3 runs on SINGLE-CORE.

RK2928 is the most likely method to be used to root the Tecno L3 cos it's still the ARM Cortex A9 architecture but runs on SINGLE-CORE just like the Tecno L3.

Now we have some ideas,let's see what we can do about this L3 sweetheart.

Other than the bigger screen,the L3 beats the D5 hands down.
The D5 doesn't have 3G so it's pure whack.
Go for L3:
It has latest android version
The battery is superb
It's very fast and responsive.
Etc.

L3 is best.
