each catchment as quota assigned to dem. So dey give the highest score people from d catchment. I.e if lagos as 10 as d catchment quota,dey will give the slot to d first ten people frm lagos,d@ pass d catchment cut off ,or met it,bt d@ didnt met d merit cut off.

honestly it varies,it depends on number of candidate assigned to each catchment... So they choice the highest scored candidate frm d@ catchment until dey get d exact no. I.e if dey assign 10 candidate to ogun,they choice the first ten candidate that met d catchment cut off bt nt merit cut off.

catchment states are states d@ lies within the geopolitical zone[west] as the location of the school. I.e lagos,ogun,ekiti,ondo,oyo and osun. Note d@ there is qouta for educational disadvantage states.

honestly iont fink the cut off will reduce... Increase for some courses mayb. Bt anyfin can happen,jes pray and kip yha fingercrossed.

You can do your exam anytime but the day you're given,like if you're for 21st and time: 8:00am, you can do your exam 9am,10am,11am,e.t.c as far as the exam for the day haven't ended.

NB:That doesn't mean you should go late to the hall but it's for you to come early enough and ask what questions was ask from candidates that have already done theirs.This advice is mainly for 21st(first day of exam) candidates,the others can get questions from the 21st candidates and so on.


When you get to your center,you'll be arranged according to how you came,First come first serve.After that,you'll go for Biometric verification(like you did your finger print for jamb) then you'll be directed to another sit for the next to go into the hall for the exam.


If you're given C.I.T.S,just pray very well for the system you're gonna be given cause their systems there get issues.Some of them do hang and whenever you observe this,you'll be told to click on F5 on your keyboard.


Again,make sure you kill fear and anxiousity before you start,maybe you should ask for the toilet first to urinate and wait inside there for a while to calm yourself before you come out and I don't need to tell you to pray.

I went to the office of the provost cmul today to find out if it's possible to change to medicine in ma 200 level... But with d way I was attended to, it seems d chances of d possibility are slim...I was not allowed to see d provost tho..I have gone to take another jamb form anyways... But am still hopeful... Checked the course outline for the faculty of medicine nd alas! All departments offer same courses for the 1st yr.... I really don't know but it should be possible......

to be honest crossin 2 med is tof,almost impossible,especially in unilag...considering d fact d@ nt only utme candidate are consider in2 200lvl, bt diploma students as well. And i fink dere is a stipulated no of people d@ r 2 crossover 2 cmul. Anyways wif hard wrk and God grace nahfin is impossible.... Bt it best 2 complete ur reg 4 pharmacology.
