From what I hv heard from those who got rejection after submitting documents after ITA. You need the hard copy scan it along with ur certificates even thou your reference number is there.

The hard copy has an official stamp on it while soft copy doesn't. Some people where rejected because they dint attach a copy of the ECA report along with credentials, while some because of the stamp.

All cases were on the grounds of incomplete documentation. It's better to send everything than to be sorry later

If the amount you paid is 233.91CAD, it means you chose the option of them using normal mail to post the hardcopy to you and that's something you cant determine when it will get to you but, if its 322CAD you paid, they are supposed to send it to you via UPS i think, and UPS seems to take 7days.

Thank you so much for the insight. However, I have had the evaluation completed since last year for a different purpose but yet to receive the hard copy. I guess i chose normal mail.

Hello House, i just stumbled on this thread not long ago. well done to you guys.
I need your advice please. My evaluation has been completed by WES but I am yet to receive the hard copy. I have sent several mails on their site with my reference number but i am yet to receive any response from them.
What can i do please?
