Yorubas won't protest against a man they strongly believe represents their interest at the highest level. Their hands are tied because other Nigerians will tell them they were warned.

Muslim North won't protest against a president who shares the same religious beliefs as them. These folks are only interested in power returning to their region after 8 years - they don't care about performance; they just want power.

Igbos are indifferent because they don't even expect anything positive from Tinubu's presidency. He was kidnapped in Lagos and the kidnappers are demanding for $1.5 million dollars as ransom!!! To put this into proper contest, throughout the time kidnapping was taking place in Niger Delta, never for once did they kidnap such high profile personality. Same with Northern Nigeria. They only targeted or were only able to kidnap average local or foreign nationals who were unfortunate to be at the wrong place, at the wrong time. But to kidnap one of the richest foreign investors living in Nigeria, in broad day light, in Lagos

The worst is that all these are happening at a time when there is an unprecedented exodus of foreign and local investments from Lagos.

Would this be the beginning of the end of a city that once rivaled Nairobi, Cairo, Jo’burg as the prime destinations for investors in Africa

All these easterners and bad news. The East will never come close to the North not to talk of the South West. Please take a mental note of this fact.
