I don't see any of my posts where I categorically say Snyder must be brought back and his movies restored, I was mainly against making DC movies MCU and worst part bringing someone like Gunn whose strongest point in making a movie is by injecting excess amount of jokes in order to tell a story. If I want to watch a comedy movie I know where to get them. There is a reason Captain America: The Winter Soldier still stand as, if not the best MCU movie but top three best MCU's movie till date.

Just try to put both Jesus and Superman's stories side by side and you will see there are very similar.

Understand now; in MoS Kal El was portrayed as a god wanting to be human (by all means), while the world saw him as a god - because of his abilities and wanting to use them for good.
Funny as it may sound, Clark wasn't even Superman in MoS. He was just a guy with great abilities trying so hard to make a difference and being novice there abound to be mistakes and that's a typical way of making him more human...
